The Volunteer Leadership Group (VLG) is committed to transparency, accountability, and integrity in everything we do. As a volunteer-led organisation, we believe strong governance is essential to maintaining trust, ensuring fair representation, and delivering on our mission to support VICSES volunteers across Victoria.

Our Governance Framework

The VLG operates under an incorporated association structure and is bound by the laws of Victoria. Our governance framework is designed to ensure that all decisions are made ethically, transparently, and in the best interests of our members.

This framework includes:

• VLG Constitution – the founding document that sets out our objectives, membership rules, and governance structure.

• Policies and Procedures – guiding documents that ensure consistency, fairness, and accountability in our operations.

• Incorporation Certificate – confirming the VLG’s legal status as an incorporated association under Victorian law.

• ACNC Registration – evidence of our registration as a charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).
